THE EVIL EYE CHOKER

I was asked to show some more details of this wonderful necklace that appeared for the first time in my last post. It is hand-made by Hanna Herva, and the eyeball itself is bought from Turkey.

Evil eyes are a popular choice among tourists but they really have a deeper meaning, too. The Turks (and people from many other cultures) use these eyes to protect themselves from people with not-so-good thoughts on their minds. The pendant/symbol should also protect its owners from evil looks from evil people.

THIS ALL IS SO EVIL THAT I'M GETTING CHILLS!

I was wearing the evil eye last weekend, and my friend wasn't sure if she liked it or not. In her opinion the necklace itself is too short, and cuts my neck in the middle.

But hey, that's 90s. And I love the 90s if someone has managed to miss that information. So, what do you think ? Hot or not ?

I LOVE YOU PHOTO$$HOP

I had a photoshop 30 days on my mac and now that I've lost it, I feel empty inside. I hope we'll reunite in the short-term future.

In this photo there's pretty much everything I like the most today, only dolphins are missing! And look at that super cool dope-ass necklace I'm wearing, it's made by talented Hanna Herva. I might be also in love with it.

SO FRIGGIN' COOL

Greets from fabulous Berlin; I'm sitting in a cosy bar, sipping cheap wine and binge-smoking cigarettes -- just like berliners do (they might change the wine for beer, tho). When you first realize that beer is cheaper than water here, well, you know....

The coolest berliner (at least in my opinion) is dressed in all-black, is wearing a toque, a pair of Dr.Martens, sunnies (especially in the forenoon/noon hours at the weekend), smokes self-rolled cigs and has super-fucking-bored look at one's face. You don't have the use high heels here unless you want to look over-dressed. That's why I bought super nice pair of Dr.Martens from second-hand shop for only 30€. What a blessed place this city is what it comes to prices -- here are also second hand stores that sell clothes for the price of a kilo. Pure love.

Last time I was visiting here I was desperate to find a perfect simple black toque for myself, but it turned out to be a mission impossible. But Berlin is full of surprises. I was walking in this chic Kreuzberg-part-of-a-town when I spotted a perfect toque on the ground. HOW LUCKY I WAS!! It has been glued to my head (as you may notice from the older post) ever since.

Here's my fave looks of Berlin street style:

WANTED, WANTED: Moschino-belt (preferably in black).
DAS IST GUT, JA!

BITCHING AND JUNKFOOD

Bitching and junk food are always in, but I didn't know that the combination would ever get THIS TASTY. I found this brand by a chance when I was exploring the wonders of the world of the internet, and it was totally love at a first sight.

Bitching and junkfood is London-based female designer duo, and they've had their brand rolling now for three years. An interesting detail is also that both of the designers have born exactly on the same day -- but in the different sides of the world.

Here are the gems from the SS13 -collection (I WANNA GO TO A BEACH NOW):

Normally I don't dress too colorfully, but I could pick something from every look to spice up my summer look. Especially my favorites are:

the shoes
ying/yang jacket
smiley shorts
acid-washed shorts
ananas

So, that's all for today. I'll get back to you soooon!
